A quiet morninging in the garden. ai (poem)

The dew still clings to the spider lace, A silver veil, a gold brush, Painting the world in a morning hush. No heavy footsteps, no engines hum. Just the steady beat of a distant drum- A Wood pecker knocking on ancient bark. Chasing the last of the fading dark. The lavender breathes a fragrant sigh. As the earth awakes beneath the sky.
